About CGDS
Centre for Global Development Studies (CGDS) was founded in the year of 2019, under the Indian Trust Act 1882. The Centre is a Non-Profit and Non-Political social science research organisation. The centre aims to promote and conduct research on issues of social science.
The CGDS works as an academic and policy think tank by engaging National and International academics and other social experts, which focuses on areas such as the Development of Rural-Urban, Globalization-Connectivity, Migration-Immigration-Diaspora Policies, Area Studies, Political Science-Public Administration, Human Rights, Natural-Environment, Multi-ethnic Social, Culture, and Literature. In the modernising global environment of academic research, the role of CGDS will be of immense help to society, and policymakers.
CGDS has adopted academic research activities given below.
To organize workshops, training, endowments programs, seminars, and conferences for the exchange of ideas and knowledge in a Multidisciplinary manner.
