Dr Neela Ganguly pursued her Doctorate from the Department of Politics and Public Administration, University of Madras, Chennai. A strong acumen for disciplines in Administration, Management Studies, Humanities, and Social Sciences led her to achieve Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, and Management Studies. During her illustrious decade-long career as a Guest Lecturer at the same university, she authored a book titled ‘Slums of India’. Trained in Bharatnatyam and traditional Bengali dance, she also has a fashion label under her ownership named ‘Kalyani’.
Her undying interest in taking education to every citizen and guiding them in their successful career led her to establish GENESIS - Centre for Education and Developmental Studies. Teaching postgraduate students has helped her understand that the potential and career goals of students often mismatch, leading to a lack of clarity and aspirations. Providing self-awareness and guiding them to plan and achieve their right career path has become her goal. With a scientific assessment tool, she guides citizens of all ages in all stages of their life. She provides guidance to her clients to enhance their skills and abilities through the higher education and personality development wing of her organisation as well.

Dr. Amal S. is a researcher and entrepreneur with a diverse academic and professional background. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Geography for his thesis on “Socio-Economic Development of the Nishi (Nyishi) Tribe: A Geographical Analysis”, where he examined 48 socio-economic and cultural variables using SPSS-based analysis. He also holds an M.A. in Geography and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering, blending analytical rigor with social science insight. A JRF–SRF awardee, he has published 9 research articles, contributed a chapter to an edited book, and presented 15+ papers at national and international seminars. His forthcoming academic works include textbooks on Political Geography and Cultural Geography. Professionally, Dr. Amal worked with Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) before moving into teaching and mentoring. He has been a faculty member at prestigious UPSC coaching institutes such as Ensemble and Vajirao IAS Academy, specializing in Geography for Civil Services aspirants. Currently, he is also an entrepreneur, having founded Joyland (a children’s play zone) and Tummy Time Restaurant in Gwalior. His vision is to integrate academic scholarship, teaching, and entrepreneurship to advance tribal welfare, cultural preservation, and inclusive socio-economic development.
